Auction closes Wednesday, October 31 2012 2:00pm and that items must be picked up no later than Sunday, November 4, 2012 4:00pm. .
Auction will close 1 item every 2 minutes, with an auto extension of 3 minutes. Feel free to use proxy bid. By entering your maximum bid in the far right column this will allow the system to bid on your behalf against other bidders up to your maximum, so that you don't miss out on your item(s).
Auction Inspection ~
All items are sold 'as is/where is', there is no guarantee or warranty on any item and that it is the bidders responsibility to inspect all items prior to bidding and that BidKansas.com and or seller is not responsible.
Buyer's Premium ~
A 15% buyer premium will be added to all transactions.
Sales Tax ~
Taxes will be collected at the rate of 7.3 on all transactions (winning bid + buyers premium).
Item Removal ~
All items must be removed by Sunday, November 4, 2012 4:00pm. Items remaining after removal date are subject to a $10 per item daily storage fee. After 30 days you forfeit the item and BidKansas.com reserves the right to sell items remaining to collect storage fees.
Pick Up ~
We do not charge to load your items with a forklift, however for unpalletized items be sure to bring your own man power to help you load, we do not assist in hand loading items.
Delivery/Shipping ~
Delivery/Shipping is available throughout the state for an additional fee please call for details and pricing.
Payments ~
We accept Cash Only on this auction.
